Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Clicking "Add from clipboard (+)" has no response. The subscription link (URL) may not have been copied correctly, or the internet cache stack may have stalled. Re-copy the subscription from the twinnode.net dashboard and restart the app before pasting again.
Q. The central circle turns red and shows a connection failure error. The currently selected node may have exceeded the Ping/latency test threshold, or the server is experiencing temporary load. Click the lightning bolt "Delay test" icon at the bottom of the window — this usually restores the connection.
Q. A TAP/TUN network adapter installation error occurs. Right-click the Hiddify icon on the desktop and select "Run as administrator" — installation will complete automatically.
Q. Where can I find server list (subscription) updates? Click the three-dot options (menu) button at the top right of the added subscription profile, then click "Update" to refresh the latest server list.
Q. How do I set the Proxy Mode (bypass type)? Keeping the default "Rule" or "Auto" setting is fastest. VPN only activates when bypassing overseas networks.
