How to Set Up Clash Meta on Android

A step-by-step guide to importing your NodeNow subscription URL into Clash Meta and connecting on your Android smartphone or TV.

Updated: Reflects latest app (v2.11.23) | For: Android / HarmonyOS | Time Required: About 3 minutes

Battery Usage Notice

VPN apps process all of a user's network communications, so the app may appear to consume a lot of power in Android battery settings. However, the actual power consumption of the proxy app itself is extremely minimal, so you can use it without concern.

Step 1 — Download Clash Meta by Version (v2.11.23)

Select the file that matches your smartphone or device, then download and install it.

Smartphone Download (arm64-v8a)

Smart TV / Set-top Box (armeabi-v7a)

  • Select the armeabi-v7a version from GitHub

APK Installation Warning

When installing an APK file, your browser may display a "Install unknown app for security" warning. Tap Allow (Settings) and complete the installation.

Step 2 — Access Your NodeNow Subscription

Once Clash Meta is successfully installed, proceed with importing your subscription.

Log in to twinnode.net in your smartphone browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.).

Browser Choice

Some browsers may experience access issues. Google Chrome is recommended.

Navigate to the My Subscriptions (Dashboard) menu.

Step 3 — Import Subscription with One Click

You can insert settings into Clash with a single button tap, without typing server configurations.

  1. Find the "Bulk Subscription" (or "1-Click Bulk Subscription Copy") button in the dashboard.
  2. Tap the Export to Clash Meta For Android button.
  3. The Clash app will open automatically with the configuration window.

If One-Click Import Doesn't Work

Tap "Copy subscription link" on the website to copy the link, then open Clash app → Settings (Profiles) → upper right + → select URL → paste the copied link and tap the upper right icon to save.

Step 4 — Profile Detailed Settings (Auto Update)

  1. In the Profiles tab list in the middle, the subscription you just imported will appear.
  2. Tap the subscription to activate it (a blue checkmark will appear on the right).
  3. Tap the small button at the top right of the subscription item, set the update interval (e.g., daily), and save.
  4. Touch the refresh icon at the top to confirm that the latest profile information was successfully refreshed.

Step 5 — Start Connection and Select Node

  1. Go to the Dashboard (首页) on the left of the bottom menu.
  2. Touch the central round play button (Start / 启动) to make it light up.
  3. When the VPN permission grant popup appears, tap the Allow button to accept.
  4. When a key 🔑 icon appears in the Android top status bar, the bypass is successful.

In the Proxies (代理) tab in the center of the bottom menu, you can choose "Auto Optimization (Auto)" which automatically switches nodes based on server quality, or you can directly tap to manually fix your preferred country or node. Auto mode is recommended.
